To use your ABL Visa Debit Card on the internet follow the steps below:

  • Call ABL Phone Banking (111-225-225) through you registered number for activation of internet shopping on your Allied VISA Debit Card.
  • Upon successful verification, you need to specify the time period and amount for which you want to use your card for online shopping.
  • Maximum Financial Limit for E-Commerce Session is equivalent to POS Spend Limit of your ABL VISA Debit Card i.e.
    • Classic: Rs. 50,000
    • Sapphire: Rs. 50,000
    • Sapphire 200:Rs. 100,000
  • You can then undertake any internet transaction using your ABL Visa Debit Card for the duration and amount you have chosen
  • Your card would become inactive on the internet as soon as the session time/amount ends
  • For re-activation of the session you have to call again from your registered contact number

Currently, there is no charge for the activation of E-Commerce facility on your ABL VISA Debit Card. Please refer to Schedule of Charges (SOC) for international transactions.

The maximum amount you can spend on the internet in one day is the same amount as your daily POS limit. Following are the POS Limits per day applicable on the card types:

  • Classic: Rs. 50,000
  • Sapphire: Rs. 50,000
  • Sapphire 200:Rs. 100,000

For e.g. if you activate E-Commerce Session against your Classic Card, the maximum amount you can allocate for the session is PKR 50,000. The session activation is subject to the number of days and the consumption of PKR 50,000 or less, whatever you choose.

No, in this case the remaining limit for the day will be available for allocation in the session. For e.g. if a purchase transaction of PKR 20,000 is done during the day on retail outlet on VISA Classic Card then only PKR30,000 will be available for allocation during this day.

If you change your mind about an internet transaction i.e. end the session earlier than planned OR decide to spend more or less than the transaction amount that you have set, you can contact Allied Phone Banking (111-225-225) to deactivate your internet session before expiry date set earlier.

No, once the defined time period for E-Commerce Transaction is expired, you have to call Allied Phone Banking (111-225-225) for E-Commerce session activation.

You need below valid information to perform an online transaction on E-Commerce merchant.

  • Valid Card Number
  • CVV (Card Verification Value placed on the backside of the VISA Debit Card)
  • Card Expiry Date

    Yes, you can avail multiple sessions during the day subject to availability of Purchase Limit on the VISA Debit Card. Limits configured in the latest session during the day will be applicable in this case.
